Terms & Conditions for Workshops.

 

Bookings:

Workshops can be paid for in full through the website, however if you wish to spread payments please contact Ian to arrange this. Each workshop space is based on a first come, first serve basis, however a place is only completely secured once full payment has been made.

 

 

Cancellations:

Please note that these workshops only have a small amount of spaces, making them high in demand. If you choose to cancel your place before the workshop begins and have already paid your fee in full any refunds are made as follows:

If you cancel within a period of 2 weeks before the event you will receive a full refund. 

 

If you have to cancel within the week before the event, and that space cannot be filled in time, you have two options either to re-book in a future workshop or a 50% refund.

 

Should a workshop be cancelled for any reason, such as low bookings or a personal emergency, a full refund will be given to those who have already paid any amount towards the cancelled workshop. You may opt to roll over any monies paid towards a future workshop if you wish. Refunds can only be given as a bank transfer.
